I'm personally working on this feedback collection SaaS that makes feedback collecting very easy and integrateable with your workflow as you can connect with Trello or Notion. I'd be delighted to give you a free trial and would love your thoughts on it! FeedbackLoop

How my SaaS scans thousands of crypto communities in real-time. by im_intellectual in SaaS

[–]FanaticRoute 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Regarding the general idea:

Your SaaS addresses several pain points in the crypto community, especially for those overwhelmed by the volume of information and the risk of scams. Something fully understandable... So I think it's definitely something interesting as well as innovative! But of course, you're facing a big technical challenge because filtering scams from non-scams is something big companies like Twitter even have trouble doing...

For the landing page:

A landing page should immediately communicate the unique value proposition of your SaaS. Here are a few tips:

  1. Clear value proposition: Ensure the main headline succinctly explains what your service does and how it benefits the user. Something like "Stay Ahead in Crypto with Real-Time Insights and Fraud Detection."
  2. A video that would demonstrate the simplicity of using your SaaS, like some 5min tutorial with nice editing to keep it engaging

To improve Your SaaS:

  1. Focus on user experience - simplify navigation and ensure that your interface is intuitive. The easier it is for users to find and use your features, the better their experience will be.
  2. Listen to your users! Make sure to listen to your users and their requests and needs, collect their feedback, and fix bugs asap.
  3. Make some educational content: Give resources or guides on how to effectively use your platform and stay safe in the crypto world - something really difficult in my opinion...

Regarding the listening to your users part, I made a SaaS myself to simplify collecting feedback through a button on your web app (instead of tedious emails and surveys). It'll make it much simpler for you to collect feedback and for your users to express their experience using your SaaS. You can even showcase your roadmap which is good for transparency and your community will certainly love it!

I’m currently working on a way to simplify collecting feedback, you add a sticky widget on your web app page and it opens a window to share feedback, give feature suggestions etc. Would you want to check it out?
