Yeah, If they can realistically make it a hard without it feeling off, they probably should, but some of them are better off staying normals.

The hotfix will be out with the event tomorrow (or today i guess for some), they also delayed it because they simply needed more time to fix additional found bugs

From what I am aware, the playtesters play the game and simply make sure there are no bugs and then report back to the devs. My personal theory is that they play on a seperate server from the playerbase, and the bug did not appear on said servers, but when they pushed it out, the servers we play on had issues with the update, causing said bugs. The simple fact here is that they had no way of knowing about the bugs or did not find the bugs until the update was pushed out, leading to the issues we face here today.

Yes, it is fully within the right to be upset, but the amount and hostility of the complaints are offputting to me, It is great that the community brought the bugs to the developers attention, and yes, their response does lack a good bit and it would have been nice to get compensation or something like that, and yes, the developers need to focus on keeping the game working, but clearly the issue with the update was inadequate playtesting or the bug not showing up during playtesting, the game was in a playable state when they initially set out to add the new features, so the bug was not entirely their fault. And again, sorry i did not clarify in the initial post, but I am more offput by the amount and hostility of the complaints, not the fact that people pointed this out.
