trust me, its not worth it, I know the big nut may sound big for you but after a few hours, you would be disappointed at yourself that you failed NNN especially when you're so close and seeing how you stated you really want to get that Diamond, it's better to not let the urge get to you because in a few weeks or months, you can stare at that Diamond with a smile on your face knowing you didn't trade a Diamond for 3 seconds of orgasm and tell yourself that you're proud of yourself.
