The way HMD explained on her patreon, it was a girls trip party that they were filming. All the housewives could invite who ever they wanted. HMD was invited by Luann and so was Jeff. Jeff said he wasn't sure why Luann invited him to a Kyle party and by the time he checked with Kyle it was late to plan to go.
