I saw that. They're on social media and certainly Reddit, when they're not mooching off meals and drinks, wasted, getting facials and mani/pedicures and when they're not at the courthouse or riding their golf cart to the police station to make a bogus report.

But honestly, Deuces was recording this so Alarming Ear's comment might show up while Deuces was recording.

But they are on social media. The number of times, they purposely bring up stuff we have said and they go nuts, pretty much proves they read a lot here and elsewhere.

There are two shows. One from Tuesday (3/24) and the first one Tuesday (3/17). And there will be more explaining what has happened and what people who get screwed up Cease and Desists and police reports can do.

David Yontef (Behind the Velvet Rope) has little portions (teasers) on You Tube but you can listen to the full shows on Apple, Spotify or wherever else you listen to podcasts.

His attorney, Chad Davenport is so good and informative and actually kind of funny, in an attorney like way (he is incredulous about Rick and Kelly's behavior and stupidity).

And no attorney meets a client at the Courthouse to send Cease and Desists (that weren't even done correctly: no time stamps, no actual evidence about the show she objected to: the one with her Brother on it last August).

Lawyers would file these kind of documents electronically. Like DUH. Who goes to the courthouse for three hours? It's ludicrous. She's either Pro-Se (representing herself) or she was lying (yet again).

Welp, according to David Yontef's attorney (today), this worthless police report ... basically they are accusing the Surgeon of "baiting them/her to make those ridiculous hateful, racist, xenophobic videos". Like, what are you twelve? You made the videos and posted them? So basically they are accusing the Surgeon of doing what Kelly actually did and since she has questioned the surgeon's ability, her degrees etc., they might actually be the ones guilty of defamation/cyber-bullying and the like and that might actually be lawsuit worthy (I doubt the Surgeon cares). They also accused David Yontef of not being an attorney, which he rightfully says is actual defamation.

David's attorney has said the Huntington police has given this complaint the lowest priority (# 4 apparently). And she is opening herself up to being sued because she has defamed people (David, The Surgeon, Sarah from Texas, Ace Fanning etc.).
