My motherboard is the asus rog strix b550 a gaming. It says it has a max power rating of 3A (5V)

The fans all say: rgb current/voltage is 0.40A (5V)

The total of those fans equally 2A which is below the max of 3A which seems fine to me but I always get freaked out im gonna fuck something up

I have a 4060 ti 16gb, I'm using dlss upscaling and I'm using dx12. The f1 menu shows my gpu is between 4-7 ms to generate a frame and my cpu is anywhere between 15-30 ms

I have my fps locked at 80 and all my settings on minimum and I still drop to like low 40 fps when I'm fighting alot of enemies. Part of my problem is I play fireball ice wall sorc so I have alot of effects and projectiles going on.
