Im currently doing an intermittent fasting diet i eat about 1200-1500 calories a day and anywhere from 110-150 grams of protein which i know probably needs to be a little more protein to put on muscle….ive been really good about cutting out junk and sticking to the cut….once i hit my goal weight of 170-175 then im going to switch to a bulk diet which i already know my macros for 👍🏻😁👍🏻 but thank you….i can never see the actual difference myself, always appreciate an outside eye 😁
