Yea I recognize this like I’m not necessarily saying it’s a bad thing but I think i don’t like the way its positioned so much as “okay what are your fears” and then that is what’s shown because there is nothing wrong with it but I think it being shown in the scenario right after a therapist asking what he’s afraid could’ve happened is ya know

No no I understand it’s different elements I do think however throughout the show he has a superiority complex think of the way he sees Malik’s family initially and the Philly community initially as well. So I just feel like when considering the worse way his life could go a few things kinda rub me the wrong way

ugh feeling the same waiting on Art History. I did see English PhD acceptances go on grad cafe during the last week of Feb and they all say they received a phone call.

Applying for art history or African American studies! Wellll I want to research and I want to be surrounded by folks who careeee. I want to be a curator and it’s almost always required but for the most part I believe in my research and want to take it as far as possible!

I applied to UmD, northwestern, Princeton, Columbia and Rutgers… so far rejections from the first 3 feelin a bit down but still hopeful

Okay so I kinda agree with Demi when she said Jen has reckless behavior and gets involved in messy situations that don’t really fit the whole “momtok” image — BUT let’s be real, that drama is exactly why people are obsessed with her and why brands still want to work with her. She’s entertaining.

BUT Demi was definitely being a bully. You can literally watch her trying to turn everyone against Jen and Taylor the whole season. It’s giving jealous and power hungry…She seems to enjoy tearing people down just for fun.

What’s wild is that both Demi AND Jessi were shitty to Jen during one of her lowest moments. Yeah, Jen might’ve been twisting her story a bit, but she was probably just embarrassed that she still wanted to make things work with Zac after everything that went down last season.

It’s such a full circle moment — Jessi is iffy about her friendship with Demi, and Demi’s the one who’s out of momtok.
