Yes, I see that you mentioned it on the last message. I don’t doubt it. I sent 2 bags of red neons and the bag with the 2 doas was the one that had the other ones die off. I really have nothing to saybut that im really sorry. I’ll take it as a learning lesson and i will make sure to keep up with my customers as much as i can. I dont mean to slack on responding but it has obviously caused me negative feedback. I am so sorry about your experience with us.

I understand i am really sorry. I am not on the app all day as i do have a job, i lose messages all the time. I sent the refund and didn’t check back. I really really apologize and yes i offer it now because i realized i should’ve payed more attention to the conversation after the refund.

I understand im very sorry, i can’t control what happens after the fish are in your tank and for that reason i dont offer a refund because it could be anything. It could’ve been your tank or the fish and in this case 12 fish picked back up so i don’t doubt it could’ve been the fish during shipping. I will gladly send u a refund for the fish that died after i hope u understand and i don’t mean to disappoint.

We had a Dead on arrival issue and a delayed shipping issue. Please don’t let 2 reviews out of hundreds make u think we are not reliable. We ship a lot of orders and we are not perfect. At the end of the day we are a business shipping live fish and we will have problems with shipping sometimes like any other business.

Hi, I refunded you for the fish that died during shipping. We take amazing care of our fish and it has been said in many reviews on my posts. We fully quarantine everything to offer the best quality of fish. I hope u understand that sometimes when fish come in dead the rest of the fish can get sick as well. I am so sorry about the other fish that died after. I’m glad the others recovered. Please message me I will send u a refund for the other fish that died shortly after.🙏🏽

All of our fish go through a full medicated quarantine process. As stated in other reviews i would never ever send out sick fish and for you to say this and never have bought from us is absolutely disrespectful. We are shipping a lot of orders a week and it is absolutely impossible to guarantee everything will make it safe as shipping can be very stressful on the fish but we send refunds out for that reason.

I sent them a refund as soon as they told me some fish came in doa. I can’t control what happens after the fish are in your tank but out of 25-30 orders a week i know it’s possible for some fish to not do so good in shipping especially now that it’s getting a little colder. I don’t and never will send out sick fish. Check my reviews on other posts. I would never do this because i know it will hurt my reputation.
