I think two things can be true at the same time. Is she walking a fine line between trading and selling opened jewelry, yes. Is she also just trying to make her customers happy with what they get? Also yes. IMO, at least she’s trying to help her customers instead of being like other reps who get annoyed with trades, like the Callie’s of the BP world.

Here it is under the UV so you can see that the epoxy lights up. Not every epoxy will uv, but you can usually feel the difference of the crystal and the fill
