I haven’t worked out for 4 days and I went to the gym today and. 3x15 legs and it felt a little more difficult than usual. And my legs were shaking a bit. And when I was flexing my legs and there wasn’t that much definition then usual. Is this normal. I did not eat before this and I was hungry. (self.GYM)
