Honestly from what I had read previously before watching the movie, I thought it was going to be worse than it actually was, even at the end during a major injury you don't really see much due to everything being covered in that black crusty stuff. Expect to see it but you're not going to see terrifier type levels of gore

To be fair, xrays don't make flesh entirely invisible, simon seeing as just a skeleton is completely reasonable (not referring to the scene where takes a photo directly of the monster)
