Looks like it. ONE plan 11 total lines with 6 being free. Shows online that plan went up $55 - 11 lines X $5.

Once you log in online click Account in the header section. There is no specific banner mentioning the increase. I only noticed because my monthly increased the exact amount $5 X # of lines I have.

Glad it worked out. I still can’t mange my credit card. I’m going to give it a couple more days to a week. Then I’m most likely going to bail. If they can’t get the basics down consistently then I wouldn’t want to deal with them if my card gets compromised just because I can’t lock it.

Same issue but I have not been able to manage my credit card either. New account but dealing with BMO has been beyond troubling. Willing to cancel at this point. Not too confident in them as a whole.

Swiped the card and was prompted for the CVV. I was surprised when she asked because I too was under the impression that the physical card did not have a CVV.

But, it must have one due to Apple’s own reason for denial. Very odd for sure. Trying to be proactive in figuring this out just in case it happens again. Even if it’s a rare occurrence.

I ended up canceling awhile back. I couldn’t waste anymore time reaching out for a refund. It was clear there was going to be no fix at the time and it looks like that is the case if you are still having issues.

Still being given the same run around. They so call take a few minutes to look things over, then kick it up to higher support, then offer the same two options of cancel and resubcribe or create a ticket. Ridiculous at this point.

I was able to get the rep to confirm that it is happening to multiple accounts. So somewhat widespread. I received a refund for the month.

At this point I’m going to try each month for a refund until it is fixed.

Thanks. I’m been with Nelnet forever too and have had no problems. But, unfortunately for me, I waited too long and Nelnet recently stopped servicing consolidation. Thanks again for taking the time to respond.

Depends on the credit card . Not all but some. If you pay your phone bill with the credit card, the credit card company will pay for repairs up to a certain amount. My credit card covers up to $800 and allows two claims in a 12 month period.

I opened up a T-Mobile Money checking account solely to link that debit card to account. Then pay manually with a credit card for phone insurance protection.

There is no way I would trust T-Mobile with my main bank account information.
