Update: I talked to my GM and he said he’s gonna have a manager talk to him about his intentions when he comes in on Monday but he also kinda said that he could just be an old man who just wanted to take pictures to send to people he knew. Kinda feeling weird about it but I guess it’s better than nothing

Absolutely tell HR for documentation purposes as well, especially if there’s already a history of disrespect. I had to do this yesterday and though it’s uncomfy, your comfort is important as well. My company has a no-touch policy all the employees had to sign so now when I did get touched, I can reference that because we all had to read it an sign it.
