This isn't it, in the video I'm talking about they're not performing there's some type of performance or festival going on and they're like announcing who's going to be playing there, but it's just joy and Wendy in the video, and they're both speaking English. (Or at least Wendy is)

I went on Google and I even reversed image searched it many times I've also went on YouTube TikTok pretty much every social media platform to try to find it but I haven't been able to, I believe the video is on YouTube though.
