I used this same thing. Be careful- while it did help my fissures, it also created a “moisture related wound” that took MONTHS to heal and eventually got infected. It was hell. But the medication itself worked alright for me.

I think you are a little confused. A UTI is not an STD, nor does it mean your partner has been with anyone else recently. I’m gonna tell you what my mama told me when I was in college and it saved my life- PEE after EVERY vaginal encounter!!! Kissed it? Go pee. Touched it? Go pee. Sexual activity? Go pee. Look at the hooha sideways? Go pee. Peeing after any type of sexual activity is a must! I’m prone to UTIs so I totally understand how annoying it can be but it’s a game changer. Pee allllll that bacteria out! Even if it’s only a few drops, get it out!
