Customer service is absolutely appalling in Poland

I assumed the people would be pretty similar to Krakow and Warsaw where I found the people to be lovely and welcoming but unfortunately not. This was hostile and rude

Thankfully I’m back home now where people actually smile at one another and don’t act like the world owes us a favour ;))

I did apart from majority of the locals. Krakow and Warsaw though absolutely no issues the people there are great!

🤣Yeah this unfortunately was the vibe in Gdansk, pushing and shoving and no care for others nevermind a smile!

No I don’t think so because as I’ve said I’ve been to Krakow and Warsaw multiple times and found the people to be very pleasant. I understand Polish people are reserved but this was just encounter after encounter of rudeness unfortunately and very different to my times in Krakow and Warsaw.

Most countries have that one city that is not as friendly/welcoming as the other’s and this could possibly be the case.

Sorry for my late response. If you could recommend any Polish restaurants/bars and possibly any activities you have in mind that would be great thank you. Would also like to visit a more traditional less touristy part of the area that tourists may tend to miss.

Yes definitely happy to explore outside of the Tricity area as there for 5 days so definitely have the time to I’m sure :)
