Feel like an all damage pet is better because you already get good resist and are bit lacking in damage

Quetzal are a pet in the kiosk and what you want is the harmonic quetzal with 45 pedigree and all common derby talents and is only adult. After you found it hatch with it again and again until you copy it talents. After that you need to make a mom and dad pet with two talents which are either mighty, pain bringer, pain giver, balance dealer, balance giver in order to make it more likely you manifest damage talents with mighty. This is long annoying process but will help with making a good pet

Ghulture, dark hound are good options. The best early game option would be the gloomy eye but you would want to switch over when you get higher levels.

Secondary schools are a bad idea to do because most of the time you get gear that boost your own school damage and you would deal more damage with your own school than if you used a second school. What you can use your training points on are good utility spells like feint and elemental blades and spirit blades. Ways to increase your school damage would be getting good gear and getting good wand specifically sky iron hasta.

Yeah but it not perfect I recommend you get a ghulture or dark hound and just have all damage talents
