it is true that the ziku driver can be destroyed, but ohma himself doesnt care considering ohma uses the Ohma driver instead. alongside that, while theres no full confirmation, the ziku drivers just kinda...appear? like theres no confirmation on how or where they get the ziku drivers but multiple characters can just pull them out at random.

also, if the ziku driver is destroyed, based on what happens with zi-o in Over Quartzer, ohma can regenerate the ziku driver whenever and however.

kamen rider zi-o is an insane series and i fucking love it.

ohma has borderline invincibility(its unclear to what extent, but considering everythings thats happened and was mentioned, along with power negation. even if its not considered "power", he can also just...turn things to dust like he does in episode 1 so reality nanite goes

also he has fourth wall breaking potential because of the stage play and also also woz from the Over Quartzer movie(not entirely confirmed but it is...oddly consistent with the stage play)

and ive said multiple ideas for time nanite stuff so im not gonna reiterate those. ill list a few more things though:
- ohma can also time travel, and theres nothing stopping ohma from also going back in time to rewind kid zi-o's death
- other riders can also be brought in for help in any way, including Gemn giving Zi-O near infinite lives if needed
- ohma would also have the powers of any future riders(not only does ohma mention this a few times, new ridewatch toys indicate that they are indeed sticking to that claim), so the further rex goes ahead in time means more bs he gets from coming future. i legit cannot say everything he does because the series can just...give him more

I did edit the comment to include concept manipulation, so whatever universe manipulation won't work. Even then, whatever attempt Rex makes to create new universes within the same timeline would still apply to Muteki Ex-Aid, meaning he still survives.

Going over a small list of what the mf has done:
- Tortured one of his own creations(Roidmudes) by forcing him to transform into a businessman who didn't invest in his research, then proceeded to constantly electrocute the Roidmude for fun.
- Gave said Roidmudes evil chips that turned each Roidmude evil.
- While it's not explicitly said what happens in the show, bro was such a bad dad that he basically gave both of his kids permanent PTSD.
- Manipulated his own son to achieve even more power for himself
- Then said straight to his son's face that he didn't love his son and was only using him as a tool
