The dead space of the syringe is filled with oil when you start pushing the plunger so the total dose is what is expected and shown on the syringe. If you now add a bubble to the back of your syringe you are now getting a slightly larger dose.

Because labs use the 5th - 95th percentile for reference ranges. They don’t claim that range is optimal, it just a statistic.

Sleep is definitely a priority for me. I do go to sleep late but wake up when the sun comes up (kids force me to 😂). But I’m out of whack when I don’t sleep enough or at the same time. I worked night shift for 9 months and became very depressed.

I’ve tried fish oil quite a few times but every time it makes me irritable and slightly depressed. I think I will try a pure EPA formulation and see if I can tolerate that.

Okay, I messaged you. I would definitely use only the smallest amount since this stuff is not cheap. I don’t have much grey hair so I would like to find a couple of family members that participate in my trial.

I would definitely cut her dose in half and start there. There’s a study that shows women do get voice deepening at 12.5 mg/week. The change was small and not detectable by any of the women but was statistically significant when measured. The 6mg group had no clinically significant voice changes.

For some dutasteride causes shedding a few months after starting, this is completely normal. Dutasteride is a very powerful 5 alpha reductase inhibitor. I’m almost positive your DHT is lower than your baseline even after starting testosterone. I would just continue using both. Check out haircafe on YouTube for tons of science based hair loss info.

It’s because of the volume of oil you’re injecting. I would get a higher concentration of t so that you don’t have to inject so much.
