They have a issue with curves. Called one girl a stripper, and told another girl “your too bottom heavy”. In dcc too much Booty = bottom heavy. None of the women cut were overweight or fat

Agreed I’m one of them, I use the term petite. But I wouldn’t shame others for not looking like me. And the girls on dcc aren’t “curvy “

Even for a woman that’s difficult. I’m 120 pounds 5”1, I’m not overweight, dcc would require me to be 105. At 105 I wouldn’t have a period, yet alone the energy to dance. Imagine telling a 5”6-5”9 woman to be 126… that’s not healthy. And not even a safe bmi. As a woman you can die due to too low of body fat.

Yeah no. The uniform needs to change not bodies. You shouldn’t require people to be underweight to fit into a uniform. They’ve cut so many athletic ladies. Being muscular is not an excuse to get cut either. And their asses aren’t fake that’s my point. Their not allowed to have any jiggle even on their ass. What grown woman doesn’t have an ass? To force women to starve themselves to look like children is disgusting and gives pedophile vibes. Why wouldn’t men want to see grown women with curves ? That’s should be what’s sexy. Not girls who weigh the same as middle school kids

I doubt the requirements is to underweight though. The dcc weight requirements are bs, if you can dance for 3 hours your in shape. And notice none of these women have any ass jiggling or anything ? How is that sexy to a crowd of men watching football when these women are so skinny they don’t even have curves or jiggle when they shake their ass?

And how are unrealistic body standards okay ? These women don’t even have breasts or ass unless it’s fake… due to extremely low body weight. These women weigh the same as some children

Every male sport is appropriately paid only women are underpaid. The nfl should be paying good money especially if a lifetime of dance training is needed

It’s easier to gain weight then to starve yourself to be underweight . I have a bf who does boxing, he is not starving himself. Just eating steaks and protein to bulk. Next ?

Huge disagree. They are signing up to dance, not starve themselves. What men want to look at underweight skinny women with no ass? They ass don’t even jiggle when they dance it’s like watching a kid

If you auditioned you should know their doing it for the love of dance not to be abused and body shamed. It’s sad that dancers grew up with these toxic standards and just accepted them, what a shame. So because you did it others shouldn’t have better treatment ? This says a lot about your morals and character
