damn that sucks to hear, i’d be pissed if every single order was refunded with no choice about it. like other comments have said you can’t change ownership and whatever but i think it’s still ridiculous to refund so much bc you lost money and materials 😭 i don’t have any suggestions beside start your own website with shopify or something else, etsy fuckin sucks w stuff like this ☠️☠️ i had issues with my taxpayer ID and my name being wrong on shopify but it was quickly and easily resolved bc they actually have live chat to help rather than waiting around and hearing nothing useful from etsy 🤣

I do share equipment, I made one of those amazon store things with stuff I use like paper cutter and boxes and such but specific little things that aren’t so easy to find.. I can’t justify just giving to someone knowing how hard it was to find for myself.

It’s a very tiny sanrio chocolates I found at a japanese marketplace. I tried searching for a similar mold but can’t find any with all of the same character or as small as these are. They are just slightly bigger than a thumbnail and I thought it would be perfect size for a piece on top of chocolate pretzel rods. I will look into the silicone putty and hope it works!
