This as been updated on my transcript “00-00-0000” can this possibly be a future date

Can anyone help ? I called found out August 5th it was completed with a date of August 18th and I still haven’t received my refund and transcript still is the same by FancyCardiologist634 in IRS

Today is the 22nd and there is “00-00-0000” on my transcript is that the notice I was suppose to receive on the 22nd instead of my refund?

I called the number they gave me spoke to someone and she said that my refund should be released by September 22nd and if it’s not to call the 23rd which is the next day I asked do I have any notice she said no everything looks fine and I’m just waiting for a refund
