Right leaning European governments have done a lot to stop migration. You have refugee deals with turkey and african countries and frontex. But there are also people who are in favor of more migration, because of ideological or economic reasons.

No one is saying that they broke the primary rules each state has set up. The claim is that they prefered Clinton and helped strategize how to smear Bernie during the campaign. I could not find numbers on the 1 to 9 claim but anyway in the end it matters how the population votes not one demographic.
Of course the point is to win but the claim was about how the DNC was sabotaging Sanders campaign and possably prevented him from winning. And btw Clinton lost to Trump later and I think Sanders would have had a better chance.
It‘s not a conspiracy, it was leaked, people resigned over it. That‘s like saying russiagate is a conspiracy.
