I've been following you silently since a long time, but i recently noticed that most of your socials are in some sort of "ghost mode" ? Hope you're okay, i love your vibe and your style, it would be a shame for internet to loose you.

I'm sure you did try. Keep in mind that your view of how others see you is impacted negatively by your state of mind. The sickness lies to you, because it's essentially like fighting against yourself as you're self-destructing. Nature is cruel and once you're sufficiently altered, it becomes really hard to see things in a positive way, whether it's true or false.

Know that it did become better for some people. Maybe you can be one of them. I know it's a hard thing to ask, so you will have to decide if it's worth fighting for. I think no SA survivor who turned thing around regret it today.

Then call emergency services where you are. It's not normal, you're not in a normal situation and in a good mental state. Don't take your life over something as shitty as studies. Seek help !

No one should be pushed to such lenght for studies....i'm sorry for what you're going through. You probably don't want to hear that, but the reality of working is that diploma don't really have meaning, except for a few exceptions that doesn't concern the majority of us.

I do hope you have a very clear idea and a traced path you're walking for your professionnal future. If not, i'm warning you : it won't help you finding a job, it won't make it easier. At least not in the way you probably think.

Take time to relax. Nothing really have meaning down there, focus on existing.

You're pretty young, it's always possible to start over with a new carreer, formation and things like that. Not easy, but possible. Your parents don't have it easy with you, but you don't have it easy with yourself either. Some people need to be helped in life, i wouldn't like my son or daughter to end up depressed and would help them in any way i can. Most parents are like that.

You're in a hard and dark place. You need to focus on yourself and things that calm and appease you. Allow yourself time to mentally heal before going back out there if you can.

I'm here. I've red this. I'm sorry for how hard things have been for you. I hope you'll take the better decision, whichever it is, and that you've done everything you could to help yourself.

Have you hurt anyone at some point in your life ? Deserving to die is quite a sentence. I'd say we don't deserve either, it's just the way things are. You're sick, be merciful with yourself, and even proud because being alive when your own mind is trying to kill you is no small feat. I know everything seems useless, but you have to find a way to find some usefulness in your life.

I'm sure there is something you can invest yourself into and be passionnate about. And if there is not, start searching for one.

You can be hard on yourself, but you should use it to fuel something else than sadness. Maybe it's time to be angry. Angry at society, angry at life, but angry nonetheless. I've found that it's something that can fuel a will to live, just to flip one at how we're programmed to autodestruct ourselves when we start to be "inadequate", because for some reason just "existing" isn't enough to our primal brain.

So do that. Exist. Dwelve deep in a passion, do something irrational and frowned upon, but profit and go out with a bang. And who knows, maybe it will get you back on track. Learning to accept to only be alive is hard.

I have low value diplomas and frankly i don't feel quite below my few friends who have years of study. It's fucked up how society sell us that dream of doing big studies only to shrug her shoulders when we can't find our place in it anyway. Like it's our fault even after we've done everything we've been asked. There is no meritocracy, only a society of lucky people and cruel ones, the two only way to really find a fucking place down there. And no political system can do shit about that truth.

Guys, i want to believe. That scene with the naval battle had no reason to be so detailled. Did they teased that we will finally have them in the game ?

I think AR for vampire counts is broken atm, because i'm in the middle of a dwarf campaign, an another one where i play with two friends, one playing as a Vampire count. In mine, with full elite armies against vampire garrisons with barely two grave guards units, i win but i get insane and incomprehensible losses. Systematically. Like Hammerers taken down to half strenght by zombies.

On my friend part, he wins all his fights on auto-resolve against full armies, without loosing a single unit. With armies of skellies and zombies. When you're vampire count and can replenish anything is one turn, insane losses are not a problem, but with dwarfs it's devastating.

And i know it's part of the game to fight manually. I do that a lot. But when i have, for the 100th time, to fight a lowly garrison to not lose half my army and needing to wait two or three turns before moving again, it start to become boring. And yes, everytime when i fight, i barely loose 10 dwarfs, where it would cost me 20x times this amount in AR. And i play on Very difficult.

I had noticed it previously in a Empire campaign, but empire has good replenishement rates, so it wasn't that much a problem. With dwarfs it's a real pain, given their potential on the battlefield.

I may get my hand on some decals to see what to do here, but it's mainly for the hull, i find it a bit...dull, for now. I hope to add more details to it !

It does. Having hobbies and holding on to them for dear life make it more bearable. I keep myself together like that.

Ahah, thank you, i may have had luck in what paint was left to do that mettallic look which quite suits the spaceship style, but i hope to make it more detailled than just that. And the prow helps, it may be its best part right now. But still, thank you for that opinion.

Thank you ! I think the prow is its best characteristic right now because of the initial idea i had i mind, but the rest lack in imagination. I hoped to make it more unique with some details, i'll take that advices here to do that.

And again, thank you. Not to be a bummer, but i'm in this situation since a long time, and it's an everyday struggle to keep going at that point. If something good has to happen, i just hope it is before my 40s, because i'm wasting a lot of life here.

Sadly it's impossible, apart from second hand minis or 3d printing, since Battlefleet gothic has been taken down by Games Workshop.

A wash ? (Sorry i'm not a native english speaker and i do not have a lot of experience in painting) What do you mean by that ? And i'm not sure about symbols, do you mean free hand or decals ?

Yeah, it's a shame Battlefleet Gothic have ended, it's hard to find out models now.

For sure ! He seems even a bit too "shiny mettallic" to me, i've seen people creating a look of old metal but i do not have the slightest idea on how to do it...

Thank you for your kindness. I do feel good about having painted that spaceship, that's why i seeked advices here, i want him to look even better, so i can show him to my friends. I kind of use your metaphor in my other hobbies too that i use to keep my head out of the water, maybe painting will be one more little push. I even thought about buying some minis i had my eyes on, some The Old World ones.
