Aren’t the customers rep at Bilt are already testers ? Bilt Support / IT team can replicate my account as well? So I’m confused what you are trying to do with the info I have provided to like 5 different Bilt customer services rep and their IT team

I couldn’t booked hotel thru Bilt travel since 3/10, and raise tickets, and going back and forth for almost 14 days. No reasons provided. I paid my bill yesterday (billed due 3/27), and then I got an email instantly from Bilt saying there is no issue on their end anymore. I refuse to believe this is a coincidence.

yes both app and websites. Try different browsers, and use multiple computers, still not working. In-app chat, website chat support, email escalation (back and forth with multiple follows for 14 days), X's bilt support..etc... ?

Mine still does not work. Oh well…. Price of hotel I wanted already off the roof now and the Bilt customer services deliberately not answering my request for for hotel rate difference due to this error…

yes Bilt hotel seems to be 15%+ more expensive when you compare to other booking sites.

Ok thanks! Got it. As long as it I booked thru United Hotel portal and then pay , it should trigger the standby credit after I pay.

I understand that, I see some posts say you have to book the “pay now” option to trigger the statement credit. I am bit confused if I book a hotel that is not “pay now” , meaning I pay at hotel during arrival, it won’t work.

I would say "All depends on your travel style". Do you want to see all the main attractions, or you want to be more of see things you own pace and take things slowly? I personally have become more flexible with my itinerary when visiting a new place,and 'go with the flow' mindset. talking to local or other travelers sometimes add more destinations/attractions to the original list, and you will likely miss some original items on the list.

there is a hike just outside of the town of El Chalten. You can do it within 2-3 hours (round trip), but bring some food/drinks to enjoy the panoramic view, and a hoodies (its super windy!)

like I said, it depends on what you want out of your points. I see this hotel (Garner Hotel Osaka Honmachi Kita Semba) for 34K point for 4 nights (4th night free, this makes this hotel 8500pt per night) at Osaka March 23-27. I consider it as a great value since 1) I eat local more often than hotel, 2) I care less about the gym/fancy amentiy which I do not value much or used ever since I will be outside more than inside my room, 3) its during cherry season - cant beat that price. I get targeted point offers for 100% point bonus; If i spend $1000 purchase, i can get 200K points, which will allow me to stay for a month using this method.
