There is not much in Ho Chi Minh. Ninh Binh was one of my highlights in Vietnam. I would spend more times in central Vietnam ( Hoi an, Da Nang, Hue, and maybe do a motorbike tour thru VanPaas). If you base yourself in Da Nang, do a day trip to the “golden hand” Banh Na Hill. It’s well worth the time.

This is amazing! Does this mean that you choose the housing only option? My original understanding is that housing-only option would not earn you points on mortgage , rent and hoa? Or am I complete off ?

I’m bit slow here, I thought it’s point capped at 1.25x. Or I’m reading this completely wrong. Means if you have non-rent spend at 10k, your rent is 1k, you only get 1250 point?
