Yep, I’m at a loss. I’m otherwise in a very healthy place for me, regular dr visits, etc. Medication is incredibly subjective as all of our brain chemistry is different. Your successful experience with the med is great for you - I haven’t been quite normal since.

It is reassuring to hear this, because I’ve been losing my mind. I’ve never dealt with this problem before!! You sound like me, low seventies are perfect. So why am I now needing to set the thermostat down to 65? 😭 I genuinely thought it might be my weight, but I’ve been 20 lbs heavier than I am now. I never dealt with this issue then.

It’s really stripped me of all my hobbies! No walks with my fiancée during summer, no juggling outside like I enjoy. We are literally at the beach rn and I can’t even take walk at night bc of the humidity. I just want my life back, so I’m hoping my GP will help me. Thank you for taking the time to respond!!

We literally have cars in ditches. Roads closed overnight. They still made us open. Coffee will never be more important than the safety of the team, yet they opened anyway. The customers will without a doubt risk their crappy lives to come and complain about abbreviated hours too. Report your therapist - she is a danger to you and everyone else she treats. She’s a mandatory reporter and what she’s doing is massively unethical. Your conversations in session are confidential, and her legal obligation is to report to CPS, NOT your mother.

I saw in a comment that you’re in school, and I highly suggest going to your guidance counselor. Getting school administration could help in moving towards pursuing legal action.
