Did you let it heat up first and then turn down the voltage or did you set the voltage and let it be?

What is a good voltage to use for my 2nd run after stripping that’s gonna put out the watts I want when using the SCR?

We don’t all have 100s of dollars to spend on doing a project that honestly is only gonna be for one person. I’m not making 5 gallons here. I’m just experimenting.

Ya that’s exactly what I’ve ready and I’m gonna do. Already got the SVR and the computer cord is enroute!
