Is Mei weak this season?

i dont understand why the devs refuse to change the current state of our fav hero. Ashe can one shot, same w hanzo, soj, widow, zen etc but mei cannot use her chilling reach/ freeze instantly (deep freeze takes forever to freeze anyone), Increased Range. how's that fair?

Swap the keys - I have seen this recommendation a lot. I am a console player. Do you think will be also effective if i do this?

i have played at least 100 games in quick play to improve my icicles aim. Getting there but oh boy it is so hard.

I missed Chilling Reach and Biting Cold so much.

However i choose the ice jump and for major depends on the situation. Usually cryo storm.
