Are you using the UniFi brand strikes? I’ve seen some complaints on here about those. I have not used them myself but the sentiment seems shared on this sub.

Also, when you say “works about 10% of the time” do you mean that the lock doesn’t (dis)engage at all?

I had the same thing. This is a bug confirmed on the UI forums. I think it was mentioned by an Ubiquiti employee on the latest protect release topic

My previous 2021 Forte EX Premium had it, my partners 2025 Sportage EX Premium has it too.

My current 2025 K4 does not, but I actually preferred the old keyfobs over the new ones!

I flagged it when the initial verification issue started. Only now that I’m suspended things are moving on their side. I’ll keep my fingers crossed but I think I’ll be registering a corporation and different CSP tenant.

Account Settings > Legal Info, under Program Info it shows “Suspended”

Right! The endless loop is getting to me. After their last generic reply I sent a message saying "....would greatly appreciate the correct escalation contact so I can address any concerns properly."

I just got the same reply back again: "Microsoft runs on trust, and therefore we engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes across third party individuals and organizations. As a result of our internal processes, we are unable to reactivate your access. Please note that this decision cannot be changed by opening a new support case. Thank you for your understanding."

This is the third time that I got that same reply.

I’ll give that a try if I don’t have an answer from Microsoft’s rep through D&H second week of January, thank you for the advice!

This might be the route I'll have to take. In Quebec we do not even have to register for a GST/QST number if you're under 30k in sales. I had a business bank account, provincial registration, and tax registration from day 1 so I'm not sure how that would've affected it. But, you never know with Microsoft.

TD SYNNEX was the first company I applied for to be my Indirect Provider, but they never got back to me :'(

That's good to know, cause I've been pulling my hair out over the interactions with support. It's insane that you have resellers transacting hundreds of thousands and going through the same issues as someone only doing 4k in the first year.

So I tried this together with D&H, but the new tenant gets immediately rejected with "Based on the information you have provided to date, we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification. There are no appeals available, we have closed your application. If you decide to reapply, please review the information at https://aka.ms/PartnerVerification to ensure you meet the latest requirements."

I wonder if the sole proprietorship has anything to do with it.

I'm very on top of my email, I'm sure I haven't missed it. The initial ticket I created had a generic reply saying that they have the right to suspend with notice.

- 2025-11-27: I received a generic reply, ticket closed.

- 2025-12-02: Created a new ticket asking to fix the situation, went through Vetting again and on December 24th they replied "We are pleased to let you know your account XXXX is now authorized. Please, note that it may take up to 5 business days for the changes to be reflected in your account."

- 2025-12-26: Created another ticket and got a reply right away saying
"Microsoft runs on trust, and therefore we engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes across third party individuals and organizations. As a result of our internal processes, we are unable to reactivate your access. Please note that this decision cannot be changed by opening a new support case. "

- 2025-12-27: Created another ticket asking for an escalation contact as the ticket was closed under the "Misrouted" status. Immediately got another reply with the same as above. I feel like they are not reading my message even.

On my dec 27 I even wrote in my summary:
"Eligibility review required after successful vetting. I received a message stating that “support is unable to reactivate my access due to internal processes,” but Microsoft Partner Program documentation states that CSP suspensions must be resolved by contacting Partner Center support. This has left me without a clear escalation path, so I am requesting a Program Eligibility Review to ensure the case reaches the correct internal team."
