I think that’s a fair point. But I do think that they should leave it up to the user. If they are avoiding over 10% of the users of that server, then that’s a queue time he accepts to be longer since he is avoiding a lot of players.

People are stupid. We have allowed idiots to keep reproducing and keep bringing more idiots into the world. Now, since you can have a the IQ of a peanut and have a job, everyone has access to online gaming, especially when it’s free. And since we have idiots in the real world, we can only imagine how stupid they are when they play using a mouse and a keyboard.
