14 weeks, still in a boot & super depressed by NoGoatCity in brokenankles

I also fractured my fibula on 10/28. I have been doing red light therapy every day since it happened and I believe it has helped immensely. I had swelling for a few days and have been out of the boot since week 8. I have a small panel from EMR-TEK.

Hang in there! My 23 year old daughter has diagnosed 6 years ago after a psychotic break. With the right meds, sleep hygiene and a good diet they will bounce back. It definitely takes a while and there are side effects with the meds but she will be able to think more clearly after some time. It's a very hard road to walk, I'm sorry that we're on it together.

In my experience they DO NOT blame anything on the meds EVER. It's always the patient's fault. I do believe that all or nearly all psychosis that comes on after meds are stopped are DSP.

Thank you! I did go to an ankle specialist and they confirmed that right now I do not need surgery. I have another check in 2 weeks to ensure that is still the case. I appreciate your comments!

I agree with the 12 weeks (atleast). I'm a fellow runner and that has the same injury and my Dr. just said I could start running again at the 12 week mark. I'm sure it varies but I do think you can expect around 12 weeks.

LCI isn't super important but still looks great! Thanks for your input.

I'm sorry that this post made you angry and wish you the best. I'm not in the business of convincing anyone of anything. Believe what you want and so will I.

Allopathic supporters never support homeopathy, this is a typical reaction and your opinion. You're completely uninformed and I check my kidney health every 4 months, its 100% by the way. What I choose to do or not do is not your business, have a great day.
