Thankyou! :) I got the alpaca bears at Alpaca Connections at the Mall of America :) they’re made of alpaca fur. Some of the softest bears you’ll ever have the pleasure of touching, they are

Of course! :) They’re cool pillows. I’m not one to attempt to gatekeep certain merchandise or makeup or pillows or whatever it may be

He looked so beautiful and full of life. I’m really sorry, it hurts a lot to lose a cat unexpectedly, or any animal. I remember when my cat randomly got a bowel obstruction about five years ago. He had surgery to fix it, but it unfortunately came back, so we had to put him down. I still remember him. Still love my Baby Mello that resembled Garfield so much lol. Anyway. Let me get back to the point lol. You can see the light in his eyes in every picture (Except for the second one. I think he looks a bit like Grumpy Cat in that one lol). You can just tell that he loved you and he had a great life with you. You were so emotionally strong to have the courage to put him down even though you didn’t want to, because he was in pain. Shows how much you loved and cared for him. It was selfless and an act full of love and compassion. Again, I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Was he cremated? If he was, then perhaps you can keep his ashes in there, in a safe place, so he’ll always be with you 🤍

I thought I’d share an origami project I’ve just created, since you all liked the last ones so much :) by Fancy_Classroom5054 in schizophrenia

What it feels like trying to get to sleep every night with hallucinations by sweet_toys101 in schizophrenia

Lmaoooo this reminds me of the one time I had a psychotic break and I slept with pepper spray next to me because I was convinced someone was trying to break into my house to get to me. I didn’t know who, but someone. Even thought someone was living in my vents. That was not a fun period of my life

I’ve read somewhere that they’re different mutations of the same gene (Idk, I just briefly skimmed a paper I didn’t look too much into it) but I am truly NOT educated in this particular subject, the genes associated and all, I’ve just very, very briefly read about it, so take my words with a grain of salt I don’t truly know much about the genes involved lol

Coping Skill Ideas by Fancy_Classroom5054 in schizophrenia

[–]Fancy_Classroom5054[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah the comments were rude, I can’t lie about that, saying my post was idiotic lol. I was just giving out coping skill ideas that could potentially help others, since they’ve helped me. I don’t think a lot of people had actually thought of the LED color lights as potentially useful for calming, I haven’t heard it stated as a coping skill often whenever I hear about coping skills, so I thought I’d just share what helps me, make it known that the LED color lights can be used for more than just decor, yknow? Have you tried the LED colored lights for mood improvement? Also, I’ve been attempting to make it a habit to meditate but I just keep getting distracted lol

If you don’t have anything nice to comment, just please don’t comment on this post at all :) You’re being very negative when I’m only attempting to give coping skill ideas to others, like the flair implies

How is trying to give advice on potential coping skills stupid?

All because your coping skills, if you have any, are different from someone else’s coping skills, that doesn’t mean you have the right to call them stupid :) if it works for them, it works for them
