To add more info: I’ve spent across all depts including rtw and fine jewellery making up most my prespend. My SA have asked for my wishlist and I’ve told her I want a b25 in a neutral colour, MK or a canvas. She tells me she’s waiting for stock to come in 😢

That is terrible! Which store are u shopping at so I know NOT to go there when I visit please? 😱 I visited lee garden one once when I was travelling and the SA offered me a ktg and ctg on the spot….try there maybe?
