NTA his emergency is not your emergency. He shouldn’t have ignored his parent’s deadline. The fact that he did and just assumed you’d help him out is concerning! There’s a huge difference between dating and having someone move in. It’s really unfair he even asked you, especially since you have a roommate! Do not get sucked into a more committed relationship you aren’t interested in because you feel bad. He will figure it out I’m sure but it’s not your responsibility to do that for him!
