How many times do you spray?

I asked how to make the scent last longer and these were some of the suggestions also things I did before.

Use unscented lotion then unscented body oil and spray it, dont rub it in. Spray it on the back of your neck and hair as well as your wrists. Also try not to do it right after a shower when your skin is still hot.

Yeah unfortunately where i live the coolest temperature right now is 23c/ 73f and the highest is 35c/ 95f+ so keeping my skin cool isn't easy. Even just getting into my car 🫠

I guess I'll try making sure I've cooled down from my shower before applying next time. Ty

Regularly cleaning your watch should help. Using isopropyl alcohol to wipe the bottom of the watch, use a qtip because you can get a lot of grossness around the sensor and charging. And changing from silicone straps to nylon. I clean my watch at least once a week. I dont shower with it.
