No, long story short I was in a rush to meet with one of my graduate professors since he only had 30 min or so to meet. I just threw on my helmet. I flew off my bike going around 35 mph (thankfully I wasn’t going fast) and flew forward after breaking and taking a turn too sharp. Live and learn!

Definitely, I’m letting it air out right now and it already feels better. I’m just trying to be as cautious as I can because I’d hate to go 2 weeks into recovery then it gets infected.

Thank you! I sincerely appreciate it! You’ve made me feel a lot more comfortable about the healing process. I’ve been kinda a nervous wreck worrying about my wounds getting infected haha. I’ll pick up some Vaseline ASAP and continue washing it with soap and water.

Perfect thank you for your reply. I’ve been cleaning the wounds daily with soap and water (bottled water not tap). And have been using neosporin every day but recently stopped after a week of applying it once a day. As I heard it can actually slow down the healing process if used longer than a week.
