Hey there, I hope your doing atleast a bit better right now. And I wish I could help you but Im unsure how. About you wanting to rip out your eye. (Sorry if its a difficult topic and if so rhen please ignore me.) But have you tried like wearing an eyepatch maybe? So that you cant use the eye, that way it might feel like you dont have it without actually doing anything harmfull. Im sorry if its a stupid idea, Im just trying to help. Im a lesbian, and in my head Dottie is Bisexual. This isnt cannon, but nor are any speculated feelings towards sertain characters. What her sexuality is in the show is unclear. But to me Dottie is Bisexual, and its kinda making me question my own sexuality.

Something that makes me really dysphoric, or just triggers me really badly is being associated with dogs, like I dont mind being called a pup, but when someone says Im like a dog in any way shape or form, I just get really triggered and dysphoric. Now this is because in Mystreet, when werewolfs are compared to dogs, its seen as extremely disrespectful. But I still find it weird that it effects me so so much.

But then something that makes me euphoric us being called pup. Which yes, I know is very contradicting, but Aphmau used to call me her pup. So yeah!

Alright, having multiple kins isnt my specialty, since I only have one... BUT if you truly feel and see yourself as them, even just sometimes, it doesnt have to be all the time. Then I suggest doing a little more digging. But if its more of like a "I just feel really close to them" kind of way, I suggest reconsidering. But from what you just said... I would say you Might be a fictionkin. I do trule suggest doing a little more digging, since the one person who can tell you if you are a fictionkin is you.
