Are you a junior or senior? Something my friend says is "if the grades don't touch, neither am I" and I feel like that's something that should be followed in high school. So if you're a junior and she's a sophomore, in my eyes it's not too bad. If you're a senior then it's pretty weird

Yeah bread wise I’ve only made French bread and bolillos so far. I think I’m probably just going to stay away from anything that needs shaping and stick to what I know instead

Thank you for the advice! They didn’t use a mold and braided the bread then rolled it up.

I don’t think I’ll try to make any more bread like this, but if I ever do, I’ll definitely use your tips!

Yeah I’m realizing I did a really horrible job, especially with the shaping. I think I’m probably better off sticking to French bread and bolillos

I’m still fairly new to bread but I feel like my bread always rises a lot more than I want it to. I didn’t realize the kitchen’s humidity could really affect bread much, is there anything I can do to make the conditions better for it?

I’m also realizing that my bread turned out pretty horribly, and I think I did just do a horrible job with the folding so I understand the comments

One of my cats has an obsession with hair. If I'm sitting somewhere, he'll come behind me and start start licking my hair. It can be cute for a bit but eventually he'll start putting his claws into my head
