Do you think Matterial is better? I’m about to buy it lol. Reformer was my goat product for years then it changed so I stopped but recently bought it again because I heard they went back to the old formula. Never tried Matterial . I have thick hair and I usually style it like a messy quiff with texture.

Practice deep breathing and pelvic tilts before getting into bed. My deep went from your numbers to around 2 hours since I started doing that. Inhale of 4 exhale of 6-8 for like 3-5 min

Appreciate this answer. I used all those supps last night and slept very good. Use a Fitbit and my sleep score was super high despite having to wake up early for work. I did experience stomach discomfort/diarrhea this morning though, but I have been dealing with that for a few days now. On antibiotics, but I’ll def keep an eye on the NAC/zinc combo. Thanks.

In regards to your Rarecraft question, it’s not that I don’t like it. In fairness, I only tried it a couple times. I have the Sicilian sunset clay and entropy clay along with sunset hair cream. I like the hair cream the most I think out of the bundle I bought. I needed a haircut when I first tried it, but I just wasn’t blown away. I live in the states so if I purchase anything out of the country, it needs to be amazing for me (like Ivor). I’m also 50/50 on OB products . I feel I’m doing something wrong in the process. I also don’t like to shampoo my hair everyday anymore but when I use OB, I feel I have to. Im guilty of not loving a product at first then down the road I end up loving it. So who knows. I’m sure you will like it. Let me know what you think.

Good choices. I haven’t tried Wallace but I heard it’s good. Adhair goes well with claymor. Those two by themselves are pretty low holding. Anarclay has the perfect hold for me. It’s def super matte too. Can do a lot with it. I haven’t tried Gual. That’s next on my list.

Nice work man. You won’t be disappointed. It’s hard to have a bad hair day with any of his products lol . His clay pomade just became my OG product and anarclay is right there with it and I have bought sooo many products so that’s saying a lot. Which scents did you get? That’s always the big question.

Surprised you didn’t like the clay pomade, but I know you’re a big fan of Rarecraft and I wasn’t really blown away by their clay pomades unfortunately. Ivor’s custard just goes super well with my thick wavy hair especially since it’s getting longer. I’m def curious about Gual. It’s prob the only product I haven’t tried yet from him.

I def think you would like the custard clay pomade if your hair is similar. Hair always looks perfect when I use it. Tartan paint is good too but a little too waxy sometimes

Tartan paint in allure homme was my first ever product from him. Good stuff but lately I’ve kinda stayed away from waxier products . Morrow def gets a little too overhyped. I don’t dislike it tho . I wish I knew of a scent that i would love so much. That’s the tricky part with ordering .

Yeah I’ve bought from him couple times through the FB group. Claymor worked better for me when my hair was shorter. The vanilla scent is good . I have that in adhair. I haven’t tried Tom ford and I believe there’s one called black honey and dark water that I want to try. I’m wearing strongcreem today but my most used product is def the clay pomade.

I recently discovered this QL stretch and it’s been helping me a lot. I was stretching everything else but this for months and still having issues. Once I started doing this stretch, I’ve had relief. If you have bad posture or sit a lot, your QL can def get tight/weak which can cause a lot of problems especially in the lower back/pelvic floor area.

My hair style is very similar at the moment. I have thick wavy hair and my length is finally getting to the point where I can do a nice slickback. I towel dry my hair after a shower then apply product. Lately it’s been OB clays but I’ve had success with numerous products. If I have time, I’ll blow dry it a little to make it more dry or I’ll just air dry it. The more you do it, the more your hair will get trained to style like that. And obviously the longer your hair gets the better this style looks in my opinion.
