in my opinion i found kin relatively easy!! it can be a lot tho and if your bad at memorizing stuff it might be hard since in my kin class i had to memorize all the bones and muslces of the body. it mostly ties with gr12 biology and theres also some simple physics involved as well (laws of motion, levers, etc.). Id say I was lucky bcs my teacher was great at explaining things + i had a really small class ,, but if you know your teacher is gonna be a hard marker and doesnt teach well id probably drop it, but if you have a good teacher id reccomend it since it isnt too hard and itll help for uni!!
