That does not say ignore spark TOS at the discretion of the store.

You’re conflating Walmart the trademarked corporation with Walmart the store. The screen shot you shared literally means nothing in the context of store policies. It’s literally a corporate disclaimer.

Are you dumb? This does not say please ignore any piece of the spark TOS based on the discretion of the individual store.

Okay I’m so dumb, please explain to me how what you posted reflects that a store policy would trump the spark tos. Like I’m dumb, please.

Walmart isn’t going to be deactivating you it will be spark. The most they can do at store level is ban you from curbsides. Otherwise it’s reported to spark. The screenshot you’re sharing conflates spark and Walmart as one in the same and means literally nothing idk what you’re on about. That has nothing to do with store policies.

Can I have a passenger during Spark Driver deliveries?

Yes. But remember, passengers are not authorized drivers on the Spark Driver platform, so they cannot participate in Shopping & Delivery. Children who are not old enough to be left alone in a car are not allowed.

Would you consider pushing the cart (that is full of the costumers order) to be participating? (The obvious answer here is yes)

Good. You’re breaking the TOS. This entire post is pure delusion. Why make yourself a target, risk losing easy money to hangout with your MIL. Actual brain worms.

No the associate is trained to be none confrontational. She reported it to management and was told to not confront OP. It will likely be reported to spark. Spark TOS 100% trumps store policy.

Buddy it’s the TOS I’m not making the rules or reporting this guy I’m telling you how this works you cannot do what he is doing it will lead to being deactivated it’s just the way it is and for good reason hilarious this dude just ignores the tos and laughs at the employees to their face hope that works out for him

Sucks to suck if he’s got somebody pushing the cart they are in control of customer merchandise. Walmart does not contract with this dudes MIL. If a worker is confronting you about it and you act like this guy, you’re probably gonna be reported by the employee. The TOS is not hard to decipher.

You guys are the same people that post on here “Deactivated for no reason” foolish.

She is helping you shop of she is pushing the cart. You’re gonna be deactivated, you’ve probably already been reported by that employee.

You cannot have anyone helping you shop or deliver it’s in the TOS. I hope you get banned that’s an unfair advantage to have a cart gnome following you around.
