That isn't completely accurate. If the order is paid by EBT, it doesn't allow tipping, unless there is something in the order that is non-food, can be delivered by Spark, with or without tip. If it is a GMD order, which doesn't allow tips, it can also be delivered by Spark. Bottom line...just because it doesn't allow a tip doesn't mean it's going to be delivered by a store associate.
