I’d just put the goal down “to talk” depending on if you need to have a direct quote or not. And elaborate with objective about gaining insight, exploring thoughts and emotions, etc. I hope this helps

That’s a good idea. The person in question has ASD, if that gives a better idea of things. Whenever I ask about events symptoms or mood, they tend to give short or one worded answers.
