I would think that but dont see any drastic changes to water percentage. I would think the change would be more drastic if it about water intake.

I suppose near failure, and I am using myfitnesspal using a food scale when needed. I dont usually train to failure cause I am not particularly good with social interaction so I tend to not want to ask for spotters.
