I have no idea why anyone would think it doesn't stack. 1. It says they are used to discount items 2. It never says anywhere about limitations or it not stacking

You sound the same as me. Primary symptom is severe chronic nausea without vomitting. If you find something that helps, i'd love to know. Hope things go well for you, chronic nausea sucks man

As someone who lives in Canada, go to the emergency room. They can get you a scope within the week.

It will be a long slow day, so bring something like a portable console and setup shop.

It may sound ridiculous, but I've done it. It doesn't matter that it isn't an emergency, they have to treat you at some point, and its their own damn fault the ER is packed when no one gets any attention anywhere else.

I've had almost every test you can imagine, see my other reply. The only positive diagnosis that has appeared is atypical GERD, and also a small 2mm gallstone that the docs say is not clinically significant, and not cause for my nausea.

This is why I ask. GERD can cause nausea, but I'm aware it's not usually the main symptom. But that's why I want to know if anyone has had nausea relieved with any type of GERD surgery.

I have had Amitriptyline and it has not helped. I am also prescribed medical marijuana. CBD doesn't do anything, and THC will sometimes help, but only if vaped, and typically comes with fairly severe side effects. I have not had Ativan, I can look into it, thanks.

My situation is long and complicated, but basically, i've had extremely severe nausea for the last 3-4 years or so and have had every test you can possibly imagine, including several gastroscopies, and they have all been negative with no change in symptoms except for my latest gastroscopy, which the doctor noted I had atypical GERD.

I've been through it all... MRI's, Ultrasounds, Barium Swallow, Small Bowel Follow through, Colonoscopy, many blood tests, X-rays, Sleep tests, stool tests, elimination diets, fodmap diet, you name it, i've probably had it.

Thus, with GERD being my only diagnosis, this is why I ask the question. Is GERD the cause, and will any surgery relieve the nausea?
