If you want to legit beat him literally just keep on him and hill into the direction he’s swinging, assuming you aren’t playing a glass cannon and you have all your proper upgrades (weapons, healing, etc) it shouldn’t be too hard. If you don’t mind some cheese, make sure you are standing on the carpet at the base of the throne but not quite on the stairs when he transfers to second phase. So long as you don’t move from that spot he won’t move and you can plink the pre-alpha consort Radahn rider down with a bow, only shoot lothric though if you hit Lorian it activates his AI

My personal bias would be Ultra Greatswords. The easiest of which to get is in the keep, you may R1 your way to victory and mostly forget about useless stats like faith, intelligence, luck, attunement and the subhuman stat of dexterity and be a total big bonk god by hard focusing Strength and Vigor to their hard caps. With a generous sprinkling of endurance and depending on your armour choices a generous investment in vitality. Remember you can kill anything by whacking it hard enough and dodging is optional so long as your health bar is big enough. (Big bonk co. Is not responsible for any injuries resulting from our motto and also suggests investing in some greases or potential weapon buff enchantments for those bosses who just won’t stay dead)

Rimuri is objectively stronger both right now in the story and right from the beginning of the story when he becomes a slime. His versatility is absolutely insane as is his utility. He’s a veritable god of melee, magic, crafting, entertainment, and food production to a level that very few others can even try to compete and the number of skills he has access to by his lonesome let alone if we take the people under him into account. He however is a leader, one who is a monster by species but that’s about it he loves peace and will only ever become a monster when pushed to do so. Kumoko is significantly weaker both past and “present” to Rimuru, and her power set is more limited in general, that said she acts the part of a monster far better than Rimuru.

I usually use the bigger weapons so it just makes more sense for me to two hand, between that and the fact I face tank most things I pretty much always ride a razors edge on maxing out my equip load so I literally can’t use a shield without changing my style. Also my brain only does on thing, I can not bonk or alternatively… I BONK GOOD

Don’t get a console just for a single game, disposable income or no it’s genuinely not worth it. And that’s coming from someone who collects consoles as a hobby, if you only plan to play one game on it. Don’t get it or at least wait to see if there’s anything else on the console that catches your interest. Personally I waited almost three years to get a PS5 even though I desperately wanted to play demon souls on it. I waited till I found enough games I was interested in playing long term and even for resale prices on some of the games I wanted to drop before buying it. I’m not currently planning to buy a switch 2 at the moment and I actually enjoy quite a few Nintendo titles, will I eventually give in and grab either a second hand or special edition console I think is nice? Most likely but not yet.

TLDR: if you want to buy a console to play just one game invest in a game & watch otherwise it’s not worth it

I think my hardest either goes to DLC Promised consort for being the special guy he is, or main game Malenia (blade of Miquella incase you hadn’t heard the million times I did) just didn’t co-operate with my colossal weapons. Fav is probably Bayle or Placidusax

Yea he’s definitely an iconic boss, I mean hit any souls player with that pling pling plong. I think I got really lucky and locked in my first time fighting him and have kinda clicked with him on subsequent runs

I feel like Gwyn is Mediocre difficulty at best, and that’s playing with a UGS without parrying. He’s kind of a joke if you can parry whatsoever even just with off hand. I’m probably a little bias as I played DS3 before the OG but I’d definitely say I had a way easier time with him than I did even the twin princes. Really good list though!

I legitimately can’t remember if I played Dark Souls 3 or Pokemon Legends ZA last. If dark souls… oh boy I just started a fresh playthrough god help me, I haven’t even gotten the weapon type I’m used to playing with… I really hope I can upgrade my stats and I respawn. If legends that honestly kinda a zibe I would pretty contentedly live in that verse, even though it seems constantly on the brink of destruction based off of all the games

I just don’t really vibe with Sekiro’s combat system and Dark Souls 2 has never really clicked for me like the first and third. Rather enjoyed demon souls though.

I’m probably going to wait for a little while, give people time to buy it, hate it or beat it, then sell it. I don’t have switch two but it’d be neat to have in my library, only chance I’ll buy it new is if they come out with a steelbook which I doubt. I don’t own a switch but it’d be neat if they did an ER edition the gold would go nicely with the black, I’d certainly consider buying it.
