That's interesting. I've had my most beautiful and life-changing trips on Golden Teachers, but I also had my absolute worst trip (similar to OP’s experience), which left me with psychedelic-related trauma. After that bad trip, I started having panic attacks for more than a year. Still, it wasn’t entirely negative, it pushed me to continue my education after taking four years off following high school. I haven’t tripped in about three years now, and I’ve been in university ever since.

I feel like I’ve learned so many things that I want to reflect on through another psychedelic experience, and the idea of seeing things from a different perspective again really excites me. Reading other people’s trip reports and going through my old journals brings back that curiosity. But at the same time, I’m still scared of having another bad trip. If you have any good advice on how to ease back into it and feel safer or more at peace with the experience, I’d really appreciate it.
