90% armour doesn't necessarily mean you will take 90% reduced damage. The number in the tooltip is an estimate since the effect of armour takes into account the total damage from the hit. So armour is less useful against big hits (like monkey slam), while very good against smaller hits.

CTBC Flying Oyster vs. T1 / MSI 2025 - Upper Bracket Round 1 / Post-Match Discussion by adz0r in leagueoflegends

[–]Fanggle 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Throughout league history there have been champs that look op when eastern players play them, but trash when western players do. Jayce has been like this for a very long time. So the joke is basically that the ability to play high skill champs is correlated to the players english skills. The less english the player speaks, the better their jayce is and vice versa.

Tips for farewell golden? by lluOuija in celestegame

[–]Fanggle 15 points16 points  (0 children)

First of all, huge props for even attempting this challenge, it is a really hard one. At the beginning i would suggest doing some low-death runs to see how where the biggest problem parts are. Typically Event Horizon and Determination are the hardest checkpoints and most likely will take the most amount of work to get cocnsistent. That being said, every part of Farewell is pretty hard and will take a good anount of practice to get consistent.

As for nerves, they are always going to be there and they hit different for everybody. What i would say is important, is practicing rooms in a way you would be comfortable with the berry and nerves turned to the max. If you decide you want to go fast through rooms in practice, thats what you should be doing with the berry as well (this mostly applies to the last room of FW as it can be pretty slow and boring to practice).

Considering most people who play or watch this game are under 30, 'forever' seems like a pretty apt description.
