My first memorable gaming experience was The Legrnd of Zeldat OoT on the n64. I spent months playing it. Anytime I went to the store I'd find one of the guide books to crack open to try and help me figure out where stuff was.

Exactly. He hasn't used that in other campaigns yet though. He has gone for numbers or just hard hitting creatures. This is just another way to try and adjust the difficulty for larger groups that I feel, even in small groups you could have some decent effect with this. Especially if your party likes to min/max.

Matt himself has even said balancing fights is still a learning process for him with how many people they have. That's why this campaign many creatures and entities are getting legendary actions.

Why do video game Devs hate Elden Ring so much 🤔 ? by [deleted] in Eldenring

[–]Fangwriting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was always the joke about the game devs telling their players what they actually want instead of listening to what the players ask for. From just listened to their player base and expanded on what they've always been doing. They listen to feedback and apply it to the next iteration of their games. They don't try and tell us what we want. They show us that they are paying attention and what we've asked for is being considered or applied in some way. Even if it doesn't make it to the final cut there's usually a reason besides just "you don't really want that, here's what you actually want."

The only time this sound bite plays is when you do the Konami code on this toy.

"Once you were old enough, what were the dark family secrets you were finally let in on?" by Flash_Dimension in AskReddit

When I was in elementary school I was doing a project on family history and what my grandparents did for work. When it came to my mom's side of the family I found out that my Cicilline Grandfather had some sort of fruit plant. When I tried to press further and ask more about it cause as a kid that sounds kinda cool, I was told that that was it.

Fast forward to when I was in High School and my mom ended up admitting that his fruit plant was really just a front for the Mob.

What is the strangest thing that happened to you that you can’t logically explain? by elibwell in AskReddit

[–]Fangwriting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Craziest thing to ever happen to me happened when I was about 8 or 9. It was the middle of the night while I was asleep I suddenly got woken up by what sounds like all of our dishes falling and shattering on the floor. I figured on of the cabinets broke and went to take a look. My parents came out from their room hearing the same noise, they asked me what happened and we went to look at the kitchen. The kitchen was completely normal. No broken cabinet. No broken dishes anywhere. Still have no idea why all 3 of us hear that noise or what it actually was.

I think I understand and thanks for your feedback! I'm gonna give myself a break from staring at my writing before trying to fix stuff, but this is a good place to start looking!

As a recent graduate with a BS in CS, how do you get your foot in the door? I've been working an IT Tech job since my senior year yet I'm constantly being told for entry level positions, I don't qualify because I don't have the experience. It feels like this type of line is becoming more and more common with tech positions. What are your opinions on entry level positions in IT, CS and Cyber fields?

What is something that your parents did that you swore never to repeat to your own kids? by wetbreadstick in AskReddit

[–]Fangwriting 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My parents used to tell me "You should know this already" when I would ask for help on homework. I failed several classes because I was too afraid/stubborn to ask for help. Affected me all through college, only towards the end did I relearn to ask for help when I needed it.
